1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Walky, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Walky offers the following subscription plans:

• Monthly plan: Billed monthly. No free trial.
• Yearly plan: Includes a 7-day free trial. After the trial, billed annually unless cancelled before the trial ends.

Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription management:

• iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Walky
• Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → Walky

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

4. Content & Accuracy

Walking routes, place descriptions, and audio guides are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of this content. Always use your own judgment when navigating and be aware of your surroundings.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Commercially redistribute routes, audio guides, or other Walky content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the app
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

6. Limitation of Liability

Walky is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to navigation errors, inaccurate content, or service interruptions.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
