Walky collects the following data to provide and improve our services:

  • Location data: Used for route navigation and nearby city suggestions. Collected only when you actively use the app.
  • Usage analytics: App interactions, feature usage, and route creation events via Firebase Analytics.
  • Device information: Device model, OS version, app version, and language preferences.
  • Account data: Email address if you sign in via Firebase Authentication (optional).

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase (Google) — App infrastructure and analytics
  • RevenueCat — Subscription management and payment processing
  • Mapbox — Map display and route optimization
  • Branch.io — Deep linking for route sharing

Each service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

3. Subscription & Payment Data

Subscriptions are managed by RevenueCat and processed through Apple App Store or Google Play. Walky does not store credit card numbers or payment details. We receive subscription status (active, trial, expired) to manage your access.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at walkyspprt@gmail.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Children's Privacy

Walky is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
